No matter your experience and skill level, you can find a suitable activity in our portfolio. We offer a huge range of activities for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. On certain activities, like snowshoeing and SUP tours, we can adjust the intensity according to the group’s level. Activities that require use of equipment like snowmobiles, skis and snowshoes, will always include a demonstration and safety instructions. Some activities may require participants to be in a normal to good physical condition depending on the difficulty level of the activity. This information will be listed under each activity.
In Norway you can experience all sorts of weather conditions and we always recommend our guests to dress according to the season and the weather. On our winter tours we can provide warm winter clothes, like thermal suits, shoes, hats and gloves. Special equipment, like skis or climbing equipment will be included in the trip or available for hire. Each of our trips will include a “what to bring” list and information about what you can borrow or rent from us.
In Northern Norway you can catch the Northern Lights from mid September to mid March when the sky is clear. We offer a huge range of Northern Lights trips by dog sledding, snowmobiling, bus, cruise and more. We even have our own Aurora Camps with optimal conditions for catching the lights.
On our trips we take you far away from the light pollution to find the best places and conditions to see the lights, optimising your chances of catching a glimpse of this spectacular light show. As the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, we can not guarantee that you’ll see the lights on our trips, but we pay close attention to the weather and Aurora forecast when deciding where to go and promise to use all our experience and knowledge to maximise our chances of a successful chase.
